  Our 60 day intensive program, our team of Talent Acquisition experts will create a ground swell around your job search to help you get back on track.  Below is a detailed breakdown of the steps.  This package is all inclusive for a flat $500 retainer and $500 only AFTER you are hired:

Step 1) The most important interview of the year.

We do a thorough interview process.  We learn where your strengths are, what your goals are, and where you want your career to go.  This an extremely intensive session that will allow us to maximize our assistance to you.

Step 2)  The Plan.  

We design a plan A, B, C so that no matter what, you have a plan of action.  For plan A, we will assess your current sphere of potential employers , which we will personally reach out to and attempt to get you into.   For plan B, we will educate you on some creative options that are under the radar but are still extremely lucrative.  Finally plan C, we will go all out to make sure you and your family can stay afloat and ride the storm out in a way that will not detriment your career. 

Step 3) The Digital You.  

Our team of staffing experts will :

Creative a state of the art resume for you

Manage your online footprint on social networks, job boards, and blogs to properly promote your personal brand

We will begin building your image as a industry thought leader (this is optional as it will take some effort from you, but we assume you want to participate in your career) 

Step 4) Keeping you in the know. 

Our staff will then utilize some of the best recruiting techniques to monitor your “A” list of employers.  We will utilize stock reports, breaking news, job board aggregators, Google Alerts, and many many other sources to make sure you are the first to know and the first to respond!  90% of landing the next job is timing.  We will give you that edge.
